Returns Policy
RETURNING A FAULTY, DUPLICATE OR DAMAGED ITEM.
Our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
Before returning a faulty, duplicate or damaged item, please contact our Customer Services Dept on 07742 340211 or
email us at squirrel-int@btconnect.com for a returns authorisation.
Please wrap the item securely, and include a short note explaining the reason for the return along with the original invoice.
As proof of postage cannot be regarded as proof of delivery, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, registered post or a courier to send items back. On expensive items it might also be a good idea to insure the goods to their full value, as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred in the post.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM.
You may return any unopened item (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or it is through our error we sent the wrong item to you.
TESTING OF FAULTY ITEMS
We test all returns, if the returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre, we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. |
