About Us

Apex Discount Furniture is a family business that has been successfully trading for over 5 years. Our recently established eBay store offers a huge range of household furniture at discounted prices. Our products are mostly “in stock” items which are available for immediate delivery.

Shipping

Deliveries within Greater London / M25 are usually made within 1 week from the receipt of payment (unless stated otherwise) and are usually carried out by our own staff using our own vehicles.

Deliveries outside of Greater London / M25 will usually be made within 10 working days from the receipt of payment (unless stated otherwise) and will be carried out by a professional delivery company. Once we have received payment your details will be passed onto the delivery company.

Delivery will only be made to Mainland GB. Postcodes PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, KY, PL, TQ, EX, SY, TR, SA and PA will incur a small additional delivery charge of 25%.

Payment

We only accept payment through PayPal for our eBay listed items.

Most of our products will be sold on a “Buy it Now” basis, however in the rare event of an “Auction” sale full payment must be made within 3 days of the auction end. You are bidding to buy, therefore please do not bid if you are not going to pay for the item. Please read the eBay User Agreement for more information.

Returns Policy

Items can only be returned if the item and its boxes are unopened. Delivery charge is not refunded, pickup fees apply in cases where customer does not require goods. Faulty items picked up/swapped out free of charge providing notice of damage is noted on courier delivery note.  Refunds are given (minus delivery/pickup charges) once items have arrived back at our store, we do not give refunds prior to products being returned. We will not accept returns of mattresses if they have been removed from their original manufacturer bagging.
