Offered here is a Wonderful WMF Silver Plated TEA CADDY from c1910. This delightful piece was intended as a Travelling example and matches the Travelling Kettle I am offering seperately.This Teacaddy measures 5 inches tall and 3.5 inches across the diameter of the base. The quality is exceptional.The lid has a quality hinge. It is made from silver plate on brass and has the early beehive mark including the letter "G" dating the piece to circa 1910.The numbers 152 and 2 are also on the base . The piece stands 13cms high . It is in excellent condition with no splits or dings.The design combines Modernism with the chic of the early Art Deco period.Please see my seperate listing for the WMF Travelling Kettle. These are extremely rare pieces and will be a must have for the discerning collector.
