This quality hot cast Bronze study of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier with its ever faithful expression is lovely. The patina and detail of this sculpture is superb and it is mounted on a beautiful black veined marble base. We are unsure of the age of this piece, nor is it signed however it is one of a fantastic collection of bronze animal sculptures that we purchased recently. It is 8" long x 6.5" high

Originally from the the USA my partner and I travel all over Europe and the Middle East in search of unusual and interesting collectables and giftware. Sometimes we get very lucky and find real treasures; in our ongoing search of rare items we also find works of art that are reproductions of the highest quality, hand crafted and/or painted by talented craftsmen, artists and sculptors. In addition to antiques of all kinds which are sourced from auctions and estate sales with collectable and investment value in mind. Quality and design always is our primary focus; sometimes I just see something and think "that is so special....an absolute must have." All in all whatever we do, our main objective is to bring to you quality and beauty at affordable prices.
We endeavor to answer all questions received prior to an auction. In some cases, particularly questions appertaining to items purchased at auction or estate sales, we may occasionally be unable to tell you much about their history or the materials they are made from, but we will endeavor to try. Table Lamps, are wired for European Voltage, however many are sold to USA customers on the understanding that possibly an adaptor will need to be purchased or the lamps themselves simply and inexpensively need to be rewired by a qualified electrician. However often the lamps work without having to make any kind of adjustment.
