Located in rural Hertfordshire, we travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe to find unusual giftware and collectables for you to enjoy that are in the main, reminders of yesteryear at affordable prices. Some of our items are faithful reproductions of the highest quality, hand crafted and/or painted by talented craftsmen, artists and sculptors. In addition, wonderful antiques are also sourced from major auctions and estate sales they are purchased for their collectable and investment value, quality, design or simply because we like them.

We endeavor to answer all questions received prior to an auction. In some cases, particularly questions appertaining to items purchased at auction or estate sales, we may occasionally be unable to tell you much about their history or the materials they are made from, but we will endeavor to try. Table Lamps, which, over the years have become a major part of our business, are wired for UK Voltage, however many are sold to US customers on the understanding that an adaptor will need to be purchased or the lamps themselves simply and inexpensively rewired by a qualified electrician.
