Items must be returned unworn in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning an item. Also, please retain a proof of postage in case your returning item gets lots!

Returns/Refunds: In the event of purchasing the wrong size, we are happy to exchange the item, as long as they are returned unworn and in their original condition. Please return the item within 14 days of purchase. Although we offer Free Postage, we can only provide this service on the first pair, therefore the cost of sending the alternative choice must be paid by the buyer. We reserve the right not to accept a return/exchange, if we deem the item not to be in perfect condition and all further fees are charged to the buyer. If you are unhappy with the purchase and wish to return the shoes you must contact us prior to sending the item to Made 4 Skating. All returns must be posted by Recorded Delivery and is not refunded. Refunds all carry a Restocking Fee of £5 for Crib, Toddler and Youth shoes (up to size UK 2) and £10 for all adult sizes (UK 3 to UK 12). All other items offered are charged a Restocking Fee of £5.
