12mm x 1.5 - 41/64" Shank sleeve nut & washer Part no SN54
(for ease of measurement - 11/16" is approx 17mm & 41/64" is approx 16mm )
These
are being sold separately because not everyone needs a full set at a
time. A lot of our customers are actually just replacing a single lost
or damaged one. Maybe you just need one to try?
