Policies

• Please inform of me of payment method within 48hrs of the auction end & Payment is expected no later than 7 days after the finish of the auction. At this time if payment has not been received the item will be relisted and non paying bidder reported.
• I prefer Paypal or postal orders  (in GBP only). International bidders must pay by paypal only.
• Returns are only accepted within 7 days and only if the item has been mis-described.
• Any questions should be asked before close of auction.

Postage

• Shipping for jewellery items to the uk is £1.30  and then 10p for each additional item when paid for together.
• Shipping for jewellery items to the USA, Europe & Australia is £2.50  and then 10p for each additional item when paid for together.
• I post worldwide. Also Please note regular domestic & international shipping does NOT include insurance or tracking. International customers if you require tracking please choose the international signed for option at the checkout.
  
• Postage cost includes both shipping & packing materials. Don't bid if you disagree with the postage costs ( I do however try & keep postage costs reasonable)
• I aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.
• If you have any problems with your item please contact me. I will be more than happy to help. All Items are carefully checked before packing but on the rare occasion you should find a fault I will alway offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.
• Unfortunately some times items  are lost or damaged in the post. If this happens please contact me so I can help resolve the problem.
