Request a Returns Materials Authorisation (RMA) number
Contact DataMind for an RMA number - email or phone: 0870 770 0848
RMA number is in RMA1234 format
Always include an Explanatory Note with the return goods stating:-
product name
your name and company (if applicable)
order date & number
why the goods are being returned
RMA number
action required by DataMind viz. refund / replacement etc
Enclose all accessories unless informed otherwise. (cables, adaptors, box etc)
unless agreed in writing with DataMind
Use all packaging that was originally supplied.
Ensure our full address is clearly displayed on the outside of the package, using a label.
Securely seal the packaging using a similar method as per the original delivery.
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
Please BACKUP your data before sending goods to us
Your data may be deleted by DataMind or the Manufacturer
we are not liable to return the goods with your data
NB. a brand new unit may be sent back to you
ALWAYS Use Insured Transport to return goods to DataMind
It is the your responsibility to send returns to DataMind insured for the value of the goods

send by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (at Post Office)
from £0.91 (costs depend on weight) OR
Goods 2kg or LESS AND up to £2500 value
send by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (at Post Office)
£4.10 - £8.80 depending on weight & value (costs) OR
Goods MORE than 2kg AND up to £500 value
send by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service (at Post Office) - £7.70
Add Insurance: £1.00 up to £100, £2.25 up to £250, £3.50 up to £500 (costs) OR
Goods MORE than 2kg AND more than £500 value
