All items are pictured and described clearly and to the best of our knowledge. Items are checked for defects prior to shipping. In the event that an item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please advise within 14 days of receipt (damage only) and return the item by recorded delivery.  Items received that are substantially misrepresented, or incorrect, are to be returned within 14 days of receipt when a replacement or refund will be issued.. Must be in perfect, unused condition in original undamaged internal/external packaging. Items not wanted for any reason will be exchanged or refunded.  Items must be returned within 14 days in original perfect unused condition, packaging included., . Return postage will be refunded on items sent in error, or found to be faulty.
