GENERAL:  Most of the items we sell are sold on consignment.  We can not be experts on everything so we will describe the item as to the best of our knowledge and furnish pictures.  ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AS IS, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.  PLEASE BE SURE TO VIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE DESCRIPTIONS AND ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Returns will be at our discretion and only considered if the item is significantly not as described.  Contact NTS immediately upon receipt in the rare event the item is not as described.

PAYMENT:  We accept PayPal and Money Orders / Cashiers Checks.  Payment is expected within 5 days of invoice receipt.  Invoices are typically sent within 24 hours of auction completion.  If you are mailing payment, you will receive an extra 2 days for payment to be received.  If payment is not received within 8 days of auction end, an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay for non-payment.

SHIPPING:  Please see the Shipping Calculator for your shipping costs.  If you don’t see a cost – please contact us and we will provide an estimate.  We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground – depending on the item.  We will combine shipping to lower the cost for multiple purchases when possible.  Shipping is typically within 2-3 days of payment receipt.  We do not ship on Saturdays.  Buyer pays postage and insurance (if purchased).  Insurance recommended for fragile items.  We will not be responsible for items shipped without insurance – damaged or lost - once they are delivered to the shipping carrier.  Insurance covers the item for loss as well as damage.

Feedback:  We follow eBay's guidelines for leaving Feedback.  Positive feedback will be left once received.  When you have received your item, simply leave positive feedback or e-mail me acknowledging receipt.  We leave positive feedback when we receive it.  If there is a problem please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  We strongly believe in customer satisfaction and always do our best to work things out.  If negative feedback is received, negative feedback will be left.
