Returns accepted up to 7 working days.
It is buyers’ responsibility to take all due and reasonable care of items.
We understand this to mean that goods should be unworn and in clean saleable condition together with original packaging, tickets and labels to facilitate such re sale.
We do not expect returns of underwear or swim-wear.
Postage is not refundable unless we are in error i.e. incorrect goods sent or faulty items.
This is unlikely to occur as all goods are checked before sending to ensure the best possible goods are sent to represent the best possible value for money for price paid.
The buyer should obtain a certificate of posting from post office (free) as we cannot be responsible in the event of non-delivery.
