CANCELLATION AND RETURN

We can exchange or refund (Excluding any P&P charges and/or Taxes) any item in an UNUSED condition returned to us, with an original receipt and packaging, within 30 days.

Wholesale/Discounted & Sale Items can be returned and refunded, with an original receipt, within 30 days, as a store credit.


DAMAGED ITEMS

    * The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller by email within 7 days if the Goods do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
    * Where a claim is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 30 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (excluding postage & packaging costs and taxation charges plus any return postal charges).
    * Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 30 days in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding postage & packaging costs and taxation charges plus return postal charges). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
    * Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

 

4 EASY STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM

   1. Email or Call us to inform us that you will be returning the items and for what reason.
   2. Take the original receipt and peel off the little returns label which is located in the bottom left hand corner of the receipt.
   3. Repackage the goods with the receipt inside and stick the returns label on the packaging.
   4. Post it back to us.

We will then contact you as to what will happen next, dependant on the cirmcumstances.
