If you are purchasing more than 1 item, you MUST ask for combined postage before making payment. If you require a combined invoice, you will need to be patient until we can weigh your goods to establish the correct postal cost. If you are impatient and pay individually for your items, this will not necessarily mean your goods will be posted any sooner and we will not refund overpaid postage.
The Ebay team do not work at weekends or on Bank Holidays on ebay.
Overseas buyers are asked to take into account that although it may be a working day in your country, it may be a Bank holiday in the UK.
Paypal is our preferred payment method & is essential for all overseas buyers.
UK buyers can either pay through Paypal, by Cheque (see terms of sale),Credit Card or Cash on Collection (email for details)
Our posting days are Tuesday & Thursday
We post in the afternoon so once you have paid for your item through Paypal we will post as soon as is humanly possible to package the parcel and get it to the post office on our next posting day.
Usually, if you pay Tuesday morning at 9:00am, your parcel will be posted Tuesday afternoon.
If you pay by Thursday morning at 9:00am, then you should expect your parcel to be posted on Thursday afternoon.
Goods are normally sent by Royal Mail Small Parcels 1st class unless otherwise stated in listings.
Large items are usually sent by Courier and we need a contact telephone number from the buyer before we can send your goods
We will email all customers once their parcels have been posted.
During holiday periods, we will obviously try to keep to our regular posting schedule, but there will be occasions when this will not be possible and we apologise for any inconvenience or delay in receiving goods at these times.
We will advise in our shop when any delays may be possible due to staff shortages. You will still be able to purchase items, Cheque and Paypal payments can still be made to purchase items whilst our eBay staff are not available for any reason (holidays, illness etc) but there will be delays in posting goods. We will be unable to answer emails during these times as we do not at present have email or internet access at our depot.
If payment is made through PayPal - we will endeavour to post goods within 3 working days.
You should email for VAT exclusive pricing on 'Buy it Now' items and carriage costs on larger items.
Returns: Goods should be returned within 7 days. Buyer to pay return postage. Only faulty goods will ensure a refund. Be sure what you bid on is the part you require as refunds will not be given for items bought in error.
Paypal payment is essential for all overseas purchases.
Personal cheque payments from UK customers
Goods will not be posted until 10 days after receipt by us to allow for clearance. Immediate payment through Paypal will ensure your goods are posted on our next posting day.
