RETURNS
Cleo will normally accept returns if you are unhappy with the item or it proves to be not as described, provided:-
1/. You notify Cleo Pet Ltd in writing, by fax or e-mail within 7 days of delivery (It's always best if you call first to discuss 01234 709485).
2/. The item is returned in the condition it was delivered, undamaged, unused and with all original packaging and printed matter intact.
Cleo Pet Ltd cannot accept general returns on any item which has been used by a Pet or Pets unless we agree it is defective.
PLEASE NOTE: The packaging can be returned open but NOT badly damaged or incomplete.
3/. For any 'perfect' item returned there may be a restocking charge equal to 15% of the product value or the cost of the original postage fee, whichever is the higher.
This will be deducted from any repayment (at the discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd).
4/. Reimbursement for returned items will include the customers original postage charge, and will be credited by the original method of purchase i.e. - Paypal, Cheque or Credit (or Debit) card.
5/. Reimbursement cannot be paid until the goods are delivered back to Cleo and are checked (then payment will be within three days of return).
6/. Customer to pay for return postage costs, UNLESS the goods are defective AND we cannot solve the problem by sending replacement parts FOC, in which case we will refund this postage cost too.
7/. Parcels returned by customer to be packed securely to prevent transit damage and to be delivered in person or by a 'recorded' service.
Returned parcels which go 'astray' in transit or are damaged on return will not be reimbursed at the discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd.
8/. No returns on Bird food items.
Non of the above affects your statutory rights.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
From time to time we offer clearance items from tidying our warehouse.
Such items will be clearly marked as such on the listing and are not generally returnable, but will be priced accordingly.
In the unlikely event that a part is damaged or missing when you receive such an item we will do our best to send a replacement part at our cost, so buy with confidence.

POSTAGE
Please note the postage costs quoted for this item are for MAINLAND UK ONLY.
We are happy to post to customers most places in the world, but if you are outside the UK please contact us by e-mail so we can provide you with a delivery price.
Please be aware many of our items are very heavy, so overseas postage can be substantial!!!
FINAL NOTE:
Please be aware that many Cleo products such as Cat Scratch Pads, Posts, and some parts of our Climbers (e.g. posts and platforms) should be effectively regarded as 'disposable' items.
The function of our toys and scratching products is to entertain and provide distraction therefore hopefully protecting other areas of your home from sharp claws and teeth.
As such Cleo Pet Ltd cannot provide a specific guarantee as to the life of some products due to the wide range of pet behaviours, and the number of pets which may simultaneously use them.
We do however offer a comprehensive spare parts service to replace worn parts - Call 01234 709485
