All Buyers
Please use the Checkout Procedure upon winning/buying item regardless of payment method. Where making payment by PayPal, immediate payment is expected (where not automatically requried). For some items, we can also accept payment by bank transfer or postal order, in £ Sterling only.
Same Day Despatch
We normally offer a same day despatch where cleared payment is received before 2pm Monday to Fridays. Please check our listings or shop homepage for any changes to this.
Shipping/Delivery
The vast majority of items sent to UK addresses are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Where the value of the item exceeds the standard postal compensation limit, and or the weight exceeds 2kg, Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24/48 will be the default shipping method. In all cases, someone will need to sign for the delivery. If this is not possible, the item will be taken to a local depot awaiting collection. With the exception of a few low value items, all international sales will be sent by International Signed For (ISF) or Royal Mail Airsure. Where the value of the item exceeds the standard postal compensation limit, the shipping charge will automatically include additional insurance cover. Both of these methods offer online tracking, ISF within the UK only and Airsure throughout. Airsure is an express service with priority handling throughout, ISF receives priority handling until it leaves the UK. Wherever possible, the fastest possible shipping method (Airsure) will be used for items sent to these countries: (Europe): Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. (Rest of the World): Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA. ISF will be used to all other countries not listed above.
Free Postal Insurance
All items are insured up to protect against loss or damage whilst in transit. In the event of an item not being received, a claim cannot be made until 15 working days (three weeks) after the item has been despatched (UK) or 25 working days (5 weeks) for overseas items. All claims are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions and their decision is final. Whilst we are happy to undertake any claims on your behalf, please be aware that the claim process can take several weeks.
Returns
We recommend you retain all packaging until you have used/tested the item. If your item appears to be defective, please contact us immediately, providing further details and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you purchased the item in error, we will gladly refund the original purchase price (but not the P+P charge), as long as the item is still factory sealed. Please contact us before returning any items.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that when you place a bid, or click on ‘buy it now’, you are forming a legally binding contract to buy. If payment is not received, a payment reminder is automatically issued after 4 days and an eBay unpaid item dispute after 7 days. If payment is not received you may receive an unpaid item strike, which could damage your ability to purchase on eBay. If you have any questions or think that you may not be able to make payment within the specified timescale, please ASK FIRST before buying and we will do our best to accommodate you. |
