• The delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed. Items will be sent to the address given by your PayPal receipt.

• All items despatched within the UK come complete with free postage insurance, subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions. Any item that is not received by the purchaser for which a claim is processed with Royal mail, is subject to Royal Mail's enforcement of their terms and conditions. • If an item has been lost in the post to UK mainland, we are unable to take any action until 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date of despatch. For items despatched to addresses outside the UK we are unable to take action until 25 working days (5 weeks) from date of despatch.

• Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to conclude or longer from the date of the claim being submitted.

Returns Policy

If your item is defective please email us using the "Contact Member" link at the top of this page and full explain the problem. Please keep all the original packaging. If the item was purchased by mistake we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective. None faulty items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.
