DELIVERY

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of all items (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch within 72 hours, wherever possible. We provide a fast and hassle free service.  All items are delivery only and not available for local pick ups.

Items delivered via courier should be fully inspected before signing. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours. Please make a note on the carriers delivery docket, wherever possible.

RETURNS

We do accept returns.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email or telephone.  Returns can only be received by prior arrangement and within 7 days and must be in their original packaging and condition. Goods returned without a prior authorisation code will not be accepted and returned to sender.
