Shipping

The Item will be dispatched by courier within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Most items should be delivered within 2-3 business days of payment. If you have not received it by then, please contact me and I will track down your product. A postage discount will be provided for multiple items, and assorted pallets can be assembled if the quantity is large enough, with shipping prices dependant on your postcode.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted. If however the product is not as described or is found to be faulty, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it and I will send you a replacement or refund depending on availability. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is returned and for the cost of return shipping. Most faulty items, will have been damaged in transit, so please make sure it signed as 'unchecked' upon delivery or no refund can be given.
