We are very carefully on each stage of our supply chain. Each item is packed to a high standard ensruing it reaches our valued customers in 100%.
If however, you have a specific problem with the item you have received, please can you advise us within 7 days of receiving it with a reason for returning it. You can email us at samxu55807@hotmail.co.uk.
Once it has been established and agreed for us to accept the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect it. The item must be packed and in the condition it was sent originally.
Our returns refund or replacement policy does not cove the buyer for mishandling the item, item being dropped, sand, dirt, dust, improper safe keeping or damage caused from the buyers own assembling, interfered with or misused in any way. |
