All prices are include VAT. We only accept payments made in UK Sterling Pounds (GBP).
Please aim to pay within 7 days. Non-payment will result in us raising the transaction with eBay.

We aim to pick only the very best in design. Everything you buy from WFC Shop is brand new. All items are described and photographed as best we can. Please note some natural (and handmade) items may vary slightly from picture and description we try to give the most accurate data we can.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY
We pack our jewellery with care in padded envelopes. Delicate items will be wrapped in bubble wrap so please unpack with care. Larger packages will be sent in boxes.
We try to ship as soon as payment is received and cleared. If there are any delays we always try to inform you. Our postage costs include any import fees on the item so what you see is what you pay (for UK Customers only). For Multi purchases there is a small additional handling fee on each item.
Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear.
All UK post will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class, usual delivery time is within 1-5 days if it has not arrived within 15 days we will file a claim with Royal Mail and make arrangements with you.
For more than 10 or high value items postage will be sent via Special Delivery items should arrive next day (please let us know if it is urgent so we can prioritise)
International post is sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or Royal Mail Airsure delivery time is usually with in 14 days if your item has not arrived within 30 days please let us know.
RETURN POLICY
We try and keep everyone happy with their purchase; if however you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately using the contact info opposite. If there are any problems with your purchase, we can exchange or refund the item for you.
If there is anything you feel could be improved please communicate that to us via e-mail or even over the phone. We always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase, if not please get in touch so we can help you with any problem, please do not use ebay's feedback form as a way of showing you are not happy as this does not help resolve the issue which more times than not can be solved with a simple e-mail or phone call. Any abuse of the feedback will be dealt with harshly and ebay will be informed. Please treat us like any other shop in the high street or online. Thank you
