  • Top notch performance on saltwater beaches - the DFX simultaneously transmits at 3kHz and 15kHz to cancel both highly magnetic and conductive salts. Lightning fast ground balance easily tracks ground changes.
  • Single or dual frequencies - you choose!
  • Dual frequency for a winning combination from both target ranges - a sophisticated microprocessor lets you select two different methods. Choose 'best data' and let the processor select the most reliable information. Choose 'correlate' and the processor will compare target signals and compute the most logical answer.
  • Adjustable sweep speed - lets you adjust the detector's response to match your sweep speed.
  • Adjustable hot rock rejection - adjusts from total acceptance to total rejection - you decide.
  • Selectable filtration - use 2-filters for the best performance in high trash areas, or select 3, 4, 5 or 6 filters for superior depth in mineralised ground. Two filter operation yields quick responses, or chooses up to 6 filters for the ultimate in extreme ground filtration.
  • Double clock speed - much faster microprocessor for snappy display response.
  • New fstn display - extends the operating temperature range from -20C to an incredible 70C. Greater contrast and wider viewing angle uses high definition black segments against a light grey background. It's not only faster - it's easier to see!
