Return policy

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from Happi Chix.

Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail service@happichix.com and explain the reason for the return as well as the order number, your name and your postal address. You will then receive a returns authorization. The cost of returning the item is to be bourne by the sender.

When returning the goods to us, we recommend that you take out postal insurance if the value of the item exceeds £32.

Accepted returns and refunds are subject to but not limited by the following criteria:

The item must be accompanied by the original documents that were enclosed.
The item has to be returned within 10 days of purchase.
The item must be unworn and unsoiled.
The item must be packaged in the same way as received.
None of the tags should be removed, changed or damaged.
Some items such as swimwear earings and lingerie can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

If all the above criteria are satisfied, you will receive an unequivocal refund.

Refunds

Refunds do not include postage and packaging, unless the item was sent in error, is damaged or faulty or not in accordance with the original specification.

Returning goods for an exchange

When returning goods for an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the new item that you wish to receive.
