Postal insurance is included in postage costs however I cannot be held responsible for items lost in post.

If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received payment from Royal Mail. This can take up to 6-8 weeks.

We will only issue a refund if an item is deemed faulty. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item. If this is the case the item must be returned in original condition with tags attached & unused within 7 days of receipt. If this is not the case only a 50% refund will be issued and not 100%.The buyer must pay for the return postage cost. Ebay fees charged will be reclaimed through the mutual unpaid item process.
