All our prices INCLUDE VAT at the current standard rate . A VAT reciept will be sent to you through the post.

Delivery

ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
All items must be UNPACKED AND CHECKED BEFORE SIGNITURE,  any item signed in "GOOD CONDITION" and is found to be damaged cannot be returned or a claim processed. 
Items over 35kg will only be delivered once, you will be contacted before delivery, if you are not in to receive delivery any re delivery will oncur a RE- delivery Charge.  
YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO FACILITATE THE DELIVERY DRIVER
Delivery is FREE to UK mainland unless stated, FREE delivery excludes N Ireland, the Isles, Scottish Highlands and some Scottish Postcodes - if you are unsure please contact us.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery unless stated on individual items.
Free of charge delivery to site is kerbside only, with clear access to site and does not include installation, or positioning on site. 
Please make sure there is adequate access for larger items as we cannot be held responsible for items that don't fit into your door.
Any items unsuccessfully delivered will incur an aborted delivery charge. 

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN TO RECEIVE THE GOODS ....? = smaller items will be redelivered the day after, large items that need a Pallet will only be delivered once but you will be called before delivery.

WARRANTY
All NEW items come with either 1,2 or 3 years on site warranty or 1 year replacement warranty.
SECONDHAND & EX DEMO items are sold as seen but have been fully checked by our engineers.
HOW TO PLACE A WARRANTY CALL
you will need : Proof of purchase, Serial number, Model number.
then just call the manufacturer direct.
RETURNS
All items must be returned within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. Please note you will be charged a  restocking fee, and it will be your responsability to return the item to us undamaged. (so please make sure when ordering you have checked your entrance and power supply etc)
