Items listed are guaranteed to work upon receipt.
Only DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective products will be exchanged or refunded.
In the very RARE and unlikely event that you receive a dead or faulty item, our return policy is as follows:
You must  notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
Item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving it at your own expense.
No returns will be accepted after this time unless previously agreed.
The item is returned with a full explanation of its defect, eBay item number, and a full name and address that you would like the new one sent to.
Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase.
Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged or altered products and accessories.
You will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely.
When we receive the package we will replace and despatch to you a new one at our own cost. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping).
Please allow 24-48 hours for a replacement to be despatched. 
All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive to you in physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please email us. You must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery.
After this allotted time, we cannot accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf and have the goods picked up and inspected. Goods must be returned in its original packaging. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. 
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. 
We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
With graded items many manufacturers warranty is honoured at the discretion of the manufacturer concerned. In our limited experience of customers having to claim under warranty the fact that they have a graded item has not been an issue. However, as we cannot absolutely guarantee this, we make no mention of manufacturers warranty in our listings. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your invoice to prove date of purchase.
