• Leather bridle with decorative silver etched plates and leather reins (it should be noted that the silver plates, in my opinion, are not as good a quality as the rest of the kit but it is still a very nice bridle with good quality leather work)

Postage Discounts	Want To Save Money!! Buy more and save on postage. When multiple items are purchased the postage is calculated on the total weight of your package. Pay a maximum of £7.50 up to 25kg by 48hour courier, UK mainland only.Get your discount by requesting a combined invoice BEFORE paying for your items. Once you have paid its too late!! Our postage prices are an accurate reflection of the postage cost plus many other expenses and are never over inflated to deceive bidders. please make sure you are happy with the purchase price plus postage price before buying.
Bidding	Note that bidding on ebay is a legally binding contract, please do not bid until you are committed to the purchase. Not honouring your bid could lead to suspension from ebay Please read item descriptions carefully before bidding on any item to ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour etc. The item you bid on is the item you will receive so we are unable send a different colour, size. International Buyers	Please note that a paypal account is required for all international bidders and only paypal payments will be accepted. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay via paypal. We regret that we can only list auctions in GBP and are unable to provide quotes in any other currency. Full shipping costs to all worldwide destinations are provided in the postage options on the listing. Usually delivery times are between 7-14 days but please allow up to 28days.
Payment	Always complete checkout. Our prefered payment method is paypal but we can also accept cheques or postal orders from UK residents only made out to The Rabbit Warren. There is no need to email us to tell us a paypal payment has been sent as we are notified automatically by paypal. Payment must be made within 7 days after which an ebay dispute will be opened. On receipt of cheques a payment receipt notification email will be automatically sent and your items despatched after 7 days. On receipt of postal orders items will be despatched immediately. Regrettably we do not have facilities to take phone payments
Non Paying Bidders	Bidding on ebay is a legally binding contract. It is almost impossible to accidently bid whether it be your child, your dog or your hamster which placed the bid. Its your account and your responsibility. Non paying bidders cost sellers a great deal of time and money and drive the costs up for all. If you commit to buy an item from one of our listings and do not pay you will be reported which could lead to suspension from ebay. In addition, we reserve the right to pursue a claim through small claims court.
Shipping	Items are usually despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. You will receive an automatic despatch notice once the item has left so there is no need to email to request a despatch date. We pride ourselves on an excellent delivery time history as is evident from our feedback. We use royal mail for delivery and offer 2nd class, 1st class and Next Day Delivery. A proof of posting is ALWAYS obtained and any loss is ALWAYS investigated by Royal Mail. Delivery times quoted by Royal Mail on 1st and 2nd class are delivery aim 1 working day and 3 working days respectively but please allow up to 21 days. If an item is returned to us undelivered due to non collection we will only resend once appropriate postage has been sent.Unfortunately we cannot allow any collections in person from local buyers.
Non-Receipt	Once an item has been despatched it is then beyond our control for the first 21 days, as until then, Royal Mail considers the package delayed not lost. Delays are very rare but please understand that this is not our fault or any reflection on our service. If an item has not arrived following 21 days please contact us so that we can rectify the situation. At this time, once non delivery has been confirmed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item depending on buyer's preferences and stock levels.
Refunds/Returns	We accept returns within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in a new and resaleable condition with all original packaging. Collar and lead sets and any other item purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. Postage and a 10% handling fee will not be refunded unless the item was faulty and in any case return postage will not be refunded. Returned items must be accompanied by a returns number issued by us, a note containing item number and buyer id as well as instructions regarding the return.
Feedback	Positive feedback is automatically left for buyers once payment has been received and positive feedback has been left. Please do not contact us to request feedback unless it has been over 24 hours since you left feedback. We will always try to resolve a complaint amicably and fairly if given the opportunity so please contact us before leaving anything other than a positive. Problems can arise, outwith our control, so please give us the chance to make sure you enjoy your purchase. Please note that sellers are harshly penalised for any rating other than positve, including neutrals, as well as any detailed seller rating (DSR) below 5 stars. Please ntoe that ebay classes a DSR of 5 to be satisfactory and anything below this causes a penalty to the seller
