About Us

Lenius Technologies was originally started by Nick Lenius in 2001 as a sort of hobby fixing computers for family and friends.  As his reputation began to grow so did his business.  Over the years the business grew from a hobby to become a “Real Business” in 2004 Nick began servicing computers for the general public and local small businesses.  In 2005 Lenius Technologies was formed and began selling computers, parts, accessories and software locally out of a “Brick & Mortar” Store. By this time we began to realize the potential eBay had to offer, we started by selling left over parts, used computers, and random electronics.  It wasn’t until January 2007 that we realized the full potential of eBay and began offering all new items through our eBay Store.  All the items we sell are backed first by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee as well as the manufacturers warranty.  We still use eBay to get rid of leftover parts, and used items, you can check out the “Auction Deals” Category in our store to find these great deals, our auctions always start at a penny so there are some good deals to be had!  After selling full-time on eBay for just 7 months we achieved the coveted PowerSeller Status for the first time, by January of 2008 we had increased our eBay business so much and provided such a high level of customer service that we achieved Gold Level PowerSeller Status. Payment

Domestic - 
Lenius Technologies accepts several forms of payments to make it as convenient as possible for our customers.  We prefer PayPal but accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

International – 
Lenius Technologies only accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and Bank to Bank wire transfers for international payments.

Shipping

Domestic – 
Lenius Technologies ships all items with in 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.  We ship using USPS and UPS.  Business days are Monday – Saturday.  You will receive shipping notification via email once your item is processed.  Please make sure you check spam filters if you do not receive a shipping notice.  USPS shipping takes 2-5 days and UPS is 1-5 days.  A signature will be required upon delivery on all orders over $250.00 or Express shipments.  A surcharge will be added for UPS deliveries to PR, AK, and HI.

International – 
Lenius Technologies ships all international items USPS Priority International, items take 6-10 days to reach the foreign country and may take longer to clear customs.  We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes or duties in the foreign country please check the cost before purchase.  We do not and will not declare the item to be of lesser value to avoid charges.  We will not ship expedited or express on international orders.  All items being returned due to not be claimed at customs will be charged a 25% handling fee and will not be refunded the shipping cost.  Certain items may not be available for international shipping.

Out of Stock Policy:

On very rare occasions we may experience an out of stock issue on items listed, in which case you will be notified via email of the out of stock.  At that time you will have three options 1) Cancel the order and receive a 110% refund of the purchase price plus shipping cost, 2) Accept the back ordered item and wait for it to ship, or 3) Accept the next model available of equal or greater value.  We feel this is the best way to offer the most variety of products to our customers and at the same time strive for every transaction to end with positive feedback.

Warranty Policy:

All items we sell are covered first by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!  Beyond that all items are covered by the manufactures warranty as noted in the item listing.  It becomes the customers responsibility to contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues after 30 days.  We encourage all customers to register there products with the manufacturer if required to do so for warranty support.  Lenius Technologies also encourages all of our customers to purchase the SquareTrade Warranty offered on more than 90% of our items, this is a no hassle full coverage warranty that makes issues very simple to handle.

Returns

Domestic – 
Lenius Technologies accepts returns on all items we offer with the exception of software.  Returns will only be accepted if the customer notifies Lenius Technologies with in 30 days of receiving the item and the customer fills out an RMA Request on our website.  For DOA or Defective Items the customer will be emailed a return shipping label and will have the option of an exchange or a 100% refund.  There are NO returns on software!

International – 
Lenius Technologies also accepts returns from our international customers.  However international return shipping is the responsibility of the customer since we can not generate an international return label.  The item must be declared as “product return” on the customs form or it will not be accepted.  Please contact us before returning international items!

*There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns (Domestic & International) that are not DOA or defective and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost.  Refunds are only given on the purchase price and not on original shipping cost.
