Item Description:   Western Digital 500GB SATA Desktop Hard DriveWD5000AACS.  This drive has been DOD sanitized and is unformatted.  

Condition:  Units show normal signs of use.

Warranty:  Items are guaranteed for 15 days.

Power Supply/Manuals & CD’s:  None. 

Functionality Verification:   Through the sanitization process this item has been tested.

BUSINESS HOURS

Monday – Friday, 8a.m. – 5p.m, CST.  If you call and/or send us an email after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, we will respond the next business day, Monday (unless Monday falls on a Holiday, we will respond the next open business day).

AS IS

Items that are sold "AS IS" are not tested/not fully tested and may or may not function properly.  No warranties are implied or available on such items. There are no returns or refunds on items being sold "AS IS". We will only guarantee items against DOA if such a guarantee is offered in the item description.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

In the event of damaged or lost items, you must contact our office to communicate damage or loss and we will initiate the claim process with the appropriate carrier (Fedex, USPS, etc).

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

We do not send gifts and all packages are insured so we do NOT misrepresent values for customs.  It is likely that custom and duties fees will be charged in your country and it is your responsibility to pay these fees.  We only ship trackable and insurable methods. 

PAYMENT

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and cash for Local Pickup.  Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close.  We reserve the right to re-list or sell to the second highest bidder, if the winning bidder has not made payment within 10 days of the auction closing.

LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

Please call our office at 918-836-2995 to get your total and to let us know when you will arrive so we can have your item pulled and ready for you.  Oklahoma Sales Tax of 8.715% will be added to your order.  PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE VIA CASH.

NATURAL EVOLUTION SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping cost is for the lower 48 states only, International buyers, and those in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, should contact us for S&H information.  Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and holidays.  FEDEX is our standard shipping method.  USPS is used for international and military orders.  Insurance is required on all international orders, at the buyer’s expense. 

RETURN POLICY

All items are guaranteed for 15 days unless stated otherwise.  Should you need to return your item, provided you are within the 15 day window, please contact us at 918-836-2995, please have the Ebay Item Number ready when you call.
