How long will dispatch be? Items will be sent by either Parcel Force 24 or by Royal Mail. Unfortunately our couriers can not specify a time and date, but we do provide you with an email when your item is dispatch. What happens if I am not in when the courier tries to deliver the item? If you are not in the courier will leave a card for you to contact them regarding the item for delivery. When the courier tries to delivery the item three times, the item will be sent back to us with an undeliverable message attached to it. I want the item to be delivered to a different address than my registered Paypal address, what do I do? Please note that when you visit the checkout pages you will be able to stipulate the delivery address even if it is different to your Paypal account. My parcel looks damaged, what should I do? We recommend checking the item before signing to receive it. If the box or packaging looks severely damaged please refuse to accept the item from the courier.
