Condition:  The book is in new / unused condition. I did unwrap it from the original shrink wrap. I really wish I could scrap book, but its just not my thing!

Size: Book measures: 13 " x 14 " x 1 " ~  Pages are 12 " X 12 ". Back cover reads: Disney Theme Parks  Authentic Original

Features:  Scrapbook starter kit, includes frame on front cover, frame holds 3 1/2 " X 5 " photo. 15 PAGE PROTECTORS , 15 SCRAPBOOK PAGES , PHOTO SAFE : ACID FREE PVC FREE

Character:  Includes, Winter Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse , Pluto , Mickey -n- Minnie Tree Farm. Features a adorable red and black plaid cover.
