WEEKEND COTTAGE ACCOMMODATION
NEAR GLASTONBURY
27th - 30th November 2009

We are offering 3 nights (pm Fri 27th November to am Mon 30th November) in a self catering character cottage sleeping 3 people, (plus a baby if necessary) situated in a small village just 3 miles from the busy Glastonbury town centre.

This area of the Somerset Levels is particularly beautiful and is renowned for its bird and wildlife, having many nationally acclaimed RSPB and NNR nature reserves nearby. Among the highlights to look out for are naturalised otters enjoying a morning swim at the nearby reserve and the masses of starlings (a murmuration) coming in to roost at Westhay in the evenings.

The cottage is conveniently situated for shopping at either Glastonbury or the Cathedral City of Wells.  There is an good local pub nearby (1 mile) which serves hearty home-made food. The owners are long-time Somerset residents and will be happy to recommend places to visit and eat out - just email us!

This charming Victorian cottage is furnished to a high standard and offers:

Arrival is from 3pm on the Friday and departure by 10am on the Monday. Please email us before you bid for a revised cost/listing if you would like to stay the whole week and have time to see more of Somerset's beautiful countryside and visitor highlights (Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves, Clarks Village retail outlet to mention but a few)

Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your (well behaved) dog, but please bring his own basket wipe his paws in the conservatory! There is an £8 additonal charge for his stay, please email and ask us to invoice you for the total before you pay with Paypal.
