We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. 
Please note we only accept PayPal as a method of payament for International transactions

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.  
We are aware at times Royal Mail do not leave a card when trying to deliver.  If you are not in receipt of your purchase within 5 working days can you please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item.  Purchases above £10 are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - so please contact us for tracking number.   
If you are not in receipt of your item after 10 working days please let us know. 
As we are passionate about customer service we take the burden off you.  We will take the matter up with Royal Mail and arrange for a replacement/alternative item to be dispatched or issue a full refund.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  We will supply you with a returns number and also refund your return postage costs 
We do accept returns on unworn lingerie.  Items should be returned in exactly the same condition they were received..    
When returning an item because you don't like it, or it doesn't fit, the customer is responsibility to pay the return postage costs.  If your purchase included free postage,  we will refund your payment minus our standard postage cost of £2.50.  This amount will also be chareged for exchanged items. 
Please ensure you enclose the listing number along with your name and address with all returns.
