You have booked the venue for your reception but the chairs have seen better days and maybe a bit dated. Let our Chair Covers and Sashes transform your wedding reception. See from the pictures below how our covers add style and elegance to any room. We have dressed rooms all over the country and the results have also left our customers thrilled. Our chair covers are washed and ironed after each use regardless of whether they have marks on or not to keep them looking their best.

We have dressed venues for Wedding Receptions, Civil Ceremonies, Christenings, Birthdays, Engagements, and even black tie dinner events. The largest single venue we have dressed is 450 chairs the smallest just 15 so we do cater for all.

  Here at Princess4aday we offer you 2 options to hire our chair covers. 

 
OPTION 1 £2.75

We will deliver and set up the covers and sashes either the morning of the wedding or the night before. We will liaise with the venue on your behalf and arrange with them when we are able to set up.  We will dress the chairs and steam the covers on site to ensure they look their best. We will then collect the covers the day after the wedding. Everything will be done for you so you can relax and unwind as much as possible the night before your wedding.
OPTION 2 £1.75

We will arrange for a courier to deliver the covers and sashes on the day of your choice.  They will be collected within 48 hours of your wedding (normally Monday morning). No set up or steaming will be included so you will  be responsible for dressing the chairs yourself and repacking them ready for collection. They may require minimal ironing after transit.

We are based in the Merseyside and will not charge fuel costs within a 30 mile radius. There will be small charge outside this radius but will be included in the quote Please contact us for details.

Terms & Conditions

1.     All hired equipment remains the sole property of Princess4aday.

2.     The ‘hire’ will be for the period as agreed and must be returned as arranged.

3.     The responsibility for the equipment rests with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of collection.  

4.     Items for return must be packed as instructed in the boxes provided and be available for collection at the pre arranged collection address.  The courier will only collect from the agreed collection address; failure to comply with this term may result in additional courier charges.

5.     The £50 refundable damage and £100 security deposit will be returned within 7 working days of receipt of hired equipment once it has been checked for damage.

6.     The customer shall pay £50 deposit on confirmation of booking.  The remaining balance is due no later than one month before the event date.

7.     The cost of replacement of equipment can be provided upon request.

8.     It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the chair covers are both suitable and fit the chairs at your venue.  We are more than happy to provide various samples to ensure a good fit.

9.     Confirmation of the customers exact requirements regarding the number of covers and sashes required should be made available to us no later than seven days before your event.  Adjustments after this time are at the discretion of Princess4aday

10.   All returned items are laundered; this is included in the hire price.  Standard laundering removes stains such as drink spillage, food stains and shoe polish.  However any damages that are perceived by Princess4aday to have been caused by treating the covers without due care may result in an additional laundering/repair charge being issued.

11.   Boxes will be provided by Princess4aday for the return of covers and sashes.  All hired items are to be returned in the provided boxes only.  Instructions will be included on how to pack them.  Sashes must be removed from the chair cover and untied.  Covers must be distributed evenly between the supplied boxes as they are heavy.

12.   The total number of hired items must be returned as agreed to Princess4aday after your event.  Any missing/non-returned items will require full value payment.  The customer will be invoiced within seven days of receipt of stocks for missing items.

13.   If we are providing a set up service the customer must be specific which suite/function room the event is being held at.

14.   All samples are issued so that the customer can check the suitability of the cover.  The samples must be returned to confirm the booking.

15.   During the hire period should any cover get wet, they must be allowed to dry before being packed for return.  This is because some of the materials are susceptible to mould/mildew if they are left wet.
