. Wedding apparel is sized differently than ready to wear clothes. It is very important that you use this guide in conjunction with the size chart to help you determine your size in order to save time and money.
. You will need to take your measurements in the undergarments you will be wearing with the wedding gown.
. Be sure to stand up straight with your arms relaxed down by your side.
. Compare these measurements to our size chart and you should have a good fit. These charts show how measurements are mapped to the designer sizes. These measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered. If your measurements indicate one size for the "bust" and a different size for the "waist/ and or hips", we suggest ordering according to the largest measurement.

This is MADE TO ORDER dress. No ready-to-wear dress in stock. No matter standard size order or custom cut order, it takes 20-25 days to process your order.

The processing time is counted from the next business day after we receive your both payment and completed order form. Once we have finished, we will ship the dress by EMS . Then we will email the tracking number to you and you can track the package online. Usually, it will take 4-6 days to arrive at most cities of UK,US ... It might be a little bit longer to other countries.

You will receive at least three emails from us:
1 After you win the bid, we will send an email with attached order form to confirm your order. 2 After your order has been sent to our manufacture in China, we will send you a email notice with estimated processing time.
3 After your dress has been shipped, we will send tracking order number to you.

Please check your email regularly during our transaction. We are NOT responsible for any delay of your order due to slow or no response from you. Because we can't get our ebay final value fee back if the auction ended more than 45 days and the paypal fee we are charged to receive your payment will not be refundable after 60 days of your payment, please send your completed order form within 10 days of auction ended. Otherwise, the refund will minus ebay final value fee and Paypal fee when you want to return the dress no matter the reason why you return.
