Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. 
If you are receiving your item via courier please be advised that our couriers will attempt delivery on 2 occasions to the address you have on ebay. If a 3rd attempt is required we will have to charge so please ensure that you provide us with an address at which someone is available to sign for your parcel. Couriers will leave calling cards if you are not at home and you can contact them to arrange delivery direct.
We do ship worldwide but customers outside of the UK must contact us prior to ordering and we will let you know the shipping cost for your items.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
