When supplying a photo it is best if it taken from a level side view as this makes the best silhouette especially with animals, eg a front view of a dulux dog would not work. To buy a weathervane just drop me a question first to see if it can be made, once we agree on a photo you can just do the buy it now and your weathervane will be with you within 2 weeks, a faster turn around can be achieved if you have a good line art drawing to work from, sometimes if its quite a basic drawing and you need it quick I can do it in 4-5 days but this is not always possible, again just ask.
You will not find a bespoke weathervane service in the UK that will create a new design for you for less than £75.00, all my weathervanes are around 2.0kg to 4kg, they are made with 5 mm thick base mounts, 17mm main tube with a 10mm centre pole, the heads are cut from 2mm thick mild steel plate, the cheaper ones here on ebay the tops are only 1mm thick at the most including the paint.
The weathervanes have small feet designed to sit on the apex of shed roofs or flat roofs as standard, if you need wall side fixing just let me know when ordering please.
There is a 14 working day lead time. All weathervanes come boxed and ready to send direct as a gift.
