I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINANCE ON MY VAN, WILL YOU BUY MY VAN?

Yes, we will buy your van, although the finance must be settled. You have two options available;

 

•We can settle the finance on your behalf, you will need to obtain a settlement figure directly from your finance company, we will require written confirmation of the outstanding amount from them, data protection laws require that you obtain this. We can then deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your van and pay the balance to the finance company.

•You can settle the outstanding balance directly with your finance company, we will need written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect the van.

Please note; if you owe more than the valuation of the van, the difference needs to be settled prior to us collecting the van and we will require written confirmation of this from your finance company.

 

I DO NOT HAVE A V5  (LOGBOOK) – WILL YOU BUY MY VAN?

To enable us to buy your van, we must have the V5 and it needs to be registered in your name.

You can apply for a new V5 from the DVLA by completing and sending a V62 to them which you can obtain from the post office or online at www.direct.gov.uk

 

If the van is already registered in your name DVLA have a fast track system available.

 

I NEED TO SELL MY VAN FAST, HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BUY MY VAN?
