We will exchange or refund goods if returned unopened and unused within 48 hours. However, we are not responsible for compensating for any postage amount for sending goods out or receiving them back. An alternative product will only be sent once the original item is received by us, and the postage for the alternative item also received. The buyer is responsible for paying the postage on the alternative item as well as all other postal charges incurred.
It is assumed all buyers have relevant training in the products they are purchasing and we hold no responsibility for any damage incurred to themselves or their clients. Products brands should never be mixed when being used. |
