Warrior 165 Fishing Boat

I am reluctantly selling my Warrior 165 fishing boat which is in excellent condition.  I bought it earlier this year but due to a major operation on my wrist I have been unable to get out on the water!  I have this week visited my surgeon who has advised me that my wrist will require a further operation next year and at least 12-18 months recovery period.  Due to costs involved such as insurance and berthing fees along with the fact that the boat will be stood for upto two years I have decided it is best to sell it.  I have only recently purchased a brand new Mariner Optimax 90 outboard engine which has only had half an hours use.  I have all the relevant documents/receipts for both the boat and engine. It also comes with a Mariner 5hp 4 stroke long shaft engine which I have for a back up.  The original trailer for the boat is included in the sale. It has a VHF radio, Lowrance fish finder sonar and mapping gps.
