This is the book of The Empire in the Warhammer Armies series by Games Workshop. The book was published in 1996.  Games Workshop product code 0130.  The book is in paperback and is in pretty good condition. The inside pages are clean, so far as I can see, the spine is not broken but the cover is a bit creased and worn (although basically clean). The leading edge and top (the ends of the pages) have a few marks, but these are on the edge only and do not show on the pages themselves.
