Delivery
1. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We will not dispatch your order without a daytime telephone number.
2. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the suppliers control the supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that have been paid by you or debited.
3. If you fail to take delivery because you have canceled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods; the we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.
4. When the goods are delivered you have to check the package to see that everything is in good condition. As soon as the product is in your possession it is your responsibility.
Your right of cancellation
1. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).
2. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost and in the original and unmarked packaging. The goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied and you must take reasonable care of the good until they are returned. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Contact Us section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
3. Once you have notified the Supplier that you are canceling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Warranty
1. We give 6 month warranty on all of our products. If you find a defect with any of our products you need to send a photographic evidence of the problem. We would ask you to pack the product in the original packaging place and secure it on the pallet. Once the pallet is ready for collection we will collect it and send you the replacement.
2. Some of the product require a professional installation. We would require a letter from the certified plumber explaining the problem. We would not accept any returns if the products was fitted by non-qualified plumber. We would ask for a prove of qualification.
We have one of the largest range of bathrooms on the
internet. We are confident in our prices. If you should find a better price
elsewhere for the same product, simply produce a
written quotation and we will beat that price.
