The Wall bag is generally used for Iron Palm Training – to toughen the skin and bones in the hand.  As well as the knuckles it’s also great for toughening the elbows and knees. The bag is ideal for all types of fighters and in particular MMA.

This canvas wall bag is an excellent martial arts training aid, especially Wing Chun. The wall bag is made from a heavyweight canvas material and features brass plated rings to mount onto walls, trees etc. The separate compartments are included on this wall bag to hold contents such as dried beans, sand, gravel etc depending on your requirements.  The zips at the back of the bag allow for simple filling.  The bag will arrive empty and the fillings are available from any reputable DIY store.
