Delivery

Trueshopping are proud to offer FREE DELIVERY on this eBay item, and SAME DAY DISPATCH on all stock lines when an order is placed with us before 1pm weekdays. Orders placed at the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next working day.

This item is normally delivered within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days.

Please note that same day dispatch means that the order will be sent out from our warehouse that day. It does not mean it will be delivered that day.

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

2. Check-Out Later

If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact Trueshopping to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one simple checkout!

Additional Information

• We do not charge any extra for payments made through PayPal
• The PayPal e-cheque facility takes 9 working days to reach us
• Payment must reach us within 7 days from the end of the first purchase. No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. After 7 days the checkout will be placed on hold and a non payment dispute will open. If no payment is received after the dispute is raised you may incur a strike.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Telephone customer services on 01282 471385 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s).
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself).
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.

Please Note

1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
