Walker & Hall Huge Heavy SILVER SUGAR SHAKER 234g!!

WHAT A LOVELY HIGH QUALITY SUGAR SHAKER/CASTOR!

It is very heavy and very large. 

Probably one of the best sugar castors that i have had for a long,long time.

Here we have a quite splendid octagonal shaped solid silver shaker of very large size.

A most beautiful ART DECO castor,it is of quite colossal weight and gauge!

It is assayed in 1930.  

It is made in Sheffield,maker's mark is for HIGH QUALITY MANUFACTURERS WALKER & HALL . 

It has deep and clear hallmarks to side.

Actual silver weight is a sublime 234 grams (7.52 troy ounces)!

The condition is really good. 

For reference this lovely piece is 8.5 inches in height,it is thus of a very large size indeed.

It sits on an octagonal base.

It is unengraved and always has been,definitely no erasures either. 

IN NEED OF A GOOD HOME WHERE IT CAN BE USED EVERY DAY.

This exquisite piece is of the highest quality and well worth owning.

Would make a lovely Christmas present perhaps?
