THIS IS THE SALE OF A COLLECTABLE CONTAINER. IT IS THE DECANTER YOU ARE PURCHASING AND NOT THE CONTENTS WHICH ARE ENTIRELY COINCIDENTAL.

(1) The value of the auctioned item is in the collectable container, not its contents.

(2) The container is sealed and has not been opened and any incidental contents are not intended for consumption.

(3) This item is not available at any retail outlet and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container.

(4) As the seller, I will take reasonable steps to ensure that the buyer of the collectable container is of lawful age in the buyer and the sellers jurisdiction (18 years of age in the UK).

(5) The buyer must ensure that he/she complies with all applicable laws & delivery regulations in carrying out the transaction.

- Please also note that I will not be held responsible for any packages once they have been posted although in the event of a challenge I will do my utmost to help.

- Maximum handling time three days but I will endeavour to post out immediately upon receipt of payment.
