With over 20 years experince in supplying Electrical Products to both Wholesaler & Distributor alike, we have developed a range of products specifically with the end user in mind - This allows us to pass on these products to you at very competative rates. A family run business, we are small enough give you that personal touch but large enough to supply most needs.

Our E Bay presence started some 2 years ago under the name of '40WATTS MAX!!' - We recently changed to 'TRADEDALS4U' to increase our marketing potential and reaffirm our commitment to bringing you the best possible deals.

Our payment terms are as follows:

2/ We accept Credit Card Payments 
3/ We accept personal Cheques
4/ We accept Postal Order

All cheques and postal orders must be cleared funds before any goods will be dispatched.

Shipping

Whilst we aim to dispatch goods within 24hrs of receipt of order, there maybe times when this is not possible. We will inform you of any delay in dispatch of your items.

We offer several options on postage (depending on the weight & size of each item) but we endeavour to keep postage costs to a minimum and will always pass on postage discounts/reductions where possible.

We will always combine postage costs where possible 

Our normal shipping times are 2-5 days from dispatch of order

We gaurantee that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. All customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We would also advise all customers to consult the advise of a professional electrician. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact our customer services and we'll be happy to advise you.

TRADEDEALS4U is a respected E BAY Power Seller and are dedicated to providing superior levels of customer service before, during and after each sale. 

In order to return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an RA (Returns Authorisation) 
1. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all original documents. 
2. Replacements will be given for items as long as they have been used in accordance with usage guidelines. 
3. You must contact us to let us know of the fault; please do not send us an item without contacting us first. 
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide you with an RA email authorisation. We will test the item and if it is faulty we will send a replacement within 14 days.

Conditions (please read)
If you contact us after 7 days we will assume that the item was working and subsequently developed a fault. Items which develop a fault after 7 days are subject to return conditions under the manufacturersÂ’ warranty.

If a customer returns an item to us claiming that it is faulty but it is found to be working correctly, we will not provide a replacement or refund. Due to the time taken to process returns we will charge a restocking fee of £10 and the postage charge to resend the item will be requested again. 

If an item is returned to us without contacting us first to arrange an RA, there may be a delay of 7 days in processing the return. 

TRADEDEALS4U is not responsible for return postage. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will not accept items which have been misused or used for a purpose other than what the item was designed for. 

Manufacturer's warranties are supplied with most merchandise purchased from TRADEDEALS4U. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
