I sell antique and vintage items - mostly paper. Items will rarely be in perfect condition. Most items will have some type of wear and tear and stains - in fact you should expect it. I sell items in the "found condition", but I always inspect items very carefully for damage and note all issues in the description. If I should miss some hidden damage, I give a refund for that reason only. Hidden damage is damage not noted in the description like missing pages in a book not noted as being missing or a page with something cut out that is not listed as being cut out. All items must be returned in the same condition as when I mailed them out. I will not give refunds for lost items, but you can always request insurance. I cannot replace the lost items as I would rarely have mulitple items exactly the same. I will always provide tracking for items mailed in the USA that sell for over $9.99. I will provide customs numbers to overseas customers as well, but it is difficult to trace any item that has left the US. I will always purchase register (signed for) or purchase insurance if the customer requests and pays for the additional services. Please read the description and view the photos carefully before you bid. Please ask any questions about a statement in the description that seems unclear. I will be happy to email more photos as well as long as you ask at least one day before the auction ends. Please email me if you have any problems with an item. We can also speak on the phone as well. I am sure we can work any problem out that a written policy cannot.
