THE BLURB

Please read carefully before committing to buy:

• Please pay within 7 days of purchase.  I'm not a complete eBay facist so if you are having difficulty making the payment on time please let me know.  Non-payers will be left negative comments in their feedback.
• Payment:  UK buyers - I accept payment by cheque or Paypal.  All payments from outside the UK MUST be made through Paypal in UK Sterling, I do not accept payments in any foreign currency.  I do not accept cash of any denomination.  Postal orders are sent entirely at the buyers risk - I have not found this to be a secure form of payment.
  
• I will notify you when payment has been received and that your item has been posted.  All items are sent by 1st class Royal Mail (or airmail) and heavier/larger items by Parcelforce.  If you require Special Delivery or additional insurance please request this.  I can only refund you for the amount of money I can claim from Royal Mail if loss or damage arises.  Standard 1st class post covers £30.00.  I obtain proof of purchase for all items posted.
• I make a point to leave feedback for all transactions and would be grateful if you could do the same. 
  

REFUNDS

If you do not feel the item was accurately described or I have made an error in listing please return the goods within 7 days of receipt and I will make a full refund.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  I cannot be held responsible for loss in the post and therefore a refund is dependant on me making a successful claim against Royal Mail.  Please note this takes time.  Negative feedback left for items which do not arrive WILL lead to a dispute.
