Returns

For  most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of  receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items  such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video  recordings or computer software which has been opened. If you wish to  return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 14 days of  receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and  immediately return them at your own expense. We will not consider that  you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a  way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the  goods in a shop before purchase.
Genuinely faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty or damaged goods within 14 days upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will also refund the postage cost.
